When helping clients eat foods that will fight dis-ease versus create it, the first step is usually adding in high vibration plant-based foods like seasonal fruits and vegetables. Another way to quickly improve your health is by adding high-quality herbs and spices.

Not only is it simple, but it is customize-able based on your taste preference and herbal needs. You can use this as a dressing on salads, beans, grains, vegetables, dipping bread, or even cooking oil.
Whatever you end up putting this on, don’t forget to chew each bite at least 30 times!
Ingredients
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 or more cloves of garlic chopped and allow to sit for 15 min
- Long pepper to taste
- High-quality sea salt to taste

- Add everything to a jar. Allow to sit at least 1 hour, but 24 hours is better.
